We offer returns and or refunds directly in the nearest Technology R US Head office within 24 hours of your delivery, if 24 hours have passed since your delivery, you will not be offered a return and/or refund of any kind. ​ Shipping & Delivery All orders will be processed for delivery up to 1-3 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, and 09:00AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays. All orders that hit our system could be delivered in one of two (2) ways: ​ 1. Expedited Delivery – within 24 hours – Charge depending on your location. This is a special service that guarantees delivery same day when order is place before 1pm and after 3pm delivery will be on the next day. ​ 2. Standard Delivery This option guarantees delivery within 2-3 working day after an order is placed. Orders that qualify for Delivery would be treated as Standard Delivery, unless otherwise instructed. Please note that Delivery comes at a charge depending on your location in Accra 3. Pick up at showroom (free) You can also collect your order from any of our stores. This option is free of charge.
